CNC PUNCHING MACHINE OF TRUMPF – GERMANY- capable of handling up to 6.3 mm thick sheet with a tool base of 190Nos. The machine is fully automatic including loading / unloading & is capable of processing the material even with out operator at a very high speed. The machine can process up to 6M. Ton of material every day.

CNC PRESS BRAKE- Capable of handling up to 6MM thick & 3100 mm long sheet.

CNC SHEARING MACHINE- Capable of handling up to 8MM thick sheet.

SHEET PERFORATION MACHINE- Capable of handling up to 3MM thick sheet.

PRE TREATMENT PLANT- Consisting of Nine tank processing of material before painting / Powder coating.

CONVEYORISED POWDER COATING PLANT- Consisting of Two paint booths for twin colour painting simultaneously and baking-oven capable of handling the material up to 11 mtr. Long.
