TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

ØThe enclosure is modular in construction.

ØThe enclosure is fabricated out of suitable thickness of cold rolled cold annealed (CRCA) sheet.

ØBase frame is made of ISMC of suitable sections.

ØDurable industrial locking system is provided on doors.

ØDoors are gasketted with high quality gasket.

CORROSION RESISTANCE:

ØZinc passivity hardware is used to avoid rusting.

ACCOUSTIC INSULATION:

Ø  Sound proofing of the enclosure is done with quality Rock Wool confirming to IS-8183 of 64 kg/m3 density. More over HDPE layer is provided for Antidumping treatment

Ø   Rock Wool is covered with Fiber tissue paper fire resistive.

VENTILATION & AIR CIRCULATION:-

Forced ventilation system is engineered to provide sufficient airflow for heat removal and combustion.
