TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF DIESEL GENSETS SKID MOUNTING TYPE

A-  DIESEL ENGINE:

 15 to 500 KVA Engine Water cooled Self start Three stroke Multi cylinder diesel engine 17 to 604 BHP at 1500 RPM. The Engine is suitable for generating set application and fitted with following standard accessories.

01.              Flywheel to suit coupling

02.              Suitable coupling

03.              Water cooling arrangement (only to water cooled engine)

04.              Radiator ( only to water cooled engine)

05.              Lub Oil Filter

06.              Lub Oil Pump

07.              Fuel Pump

08.              Houses to fuel tank

09.              Air Cleaner assembly

10.              Silencer

B-  ALTERNATOR  

            STAMFORD  AT 1500 RPM AT 0.8- lagging/unity-power factor at 415 Volts suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system. The alternator shall confirm to IS: 4722/BS: 2613 and will be suitable for tropical condition.

C-  ALTERNATOR CONTROL PANEL

            Floor mounted type, totally enclosed, mild steel construction, control panel incorporating the following:

01.              01  No. Switch incorporating Ammeter, Voltmeter & Frequency Meter.

02.              02  No. Indicating lamps

03.              01  No. Instrument fuses

04.              01  No. MCCB / Isolator

D-  ACCESSORIES

01.   BASE FRAME : Suitable base frame of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predrilled holes with in-built diesel tank.

02.   Fuel Tank : Daily service fuel tank of sheet metal of suitable size complete with air vent, inlet and outlet connections.

03.   BATTERIES : One Nos. batteries of 12 volts each in dry and uncharged condition of Exide / Prestolite or equivalent make with its leads.
